How do you change your accounts email if you lose your email password?

So long story short.

I went to go claim my Christmas gift (yes I now know they axed that)

because I have to go to a part of the tarkov site that isn’t the forums I I have to confirm my account and enter in a code that they email me.

well that is a bit of a problem because I recently ended up forgetting what the new password I had to select for my email was and my method of password recovery is getting sent a code to my cell phone that I I no longer own the phone number to.

 

so riddle me this, what do I have to do/who do I have to message to get the email bound to my $140 account changed?

I went to try and see if I could change it myself in the account options here on the website but as soon as I click on the “my email” option it wants to “confirm it is me and enter in the 4 digit code we just emailed to you”

Try hard to recover your e-mail from the e-mail provider (it's a better choice).

If the first one fail ... make a new e-mail account (Google is suggested) then start a conversation with support@battlestategames.com and arm yourself with patience and be prepared to respond to all the questions they ask.

Forgot to say that I'm not sure that you can change your e-mail because is greyed out (blocked) assuming that you can access your account from main page..
