hi ive been crashing a lot recently loading into and extracting from raids, been having the same problem for around 6 months and it shows this error in the log... I have tried updating all my drivers etc and many other possible things but i am stuck on this one, Thanks

I'm having the same issue, iv been doing research and submitted a bug report with my files, I recommend you do the same.

I will let you know if I find anything out!

I have the same thing, I asked around in the OEFT discord but nothing got me any wiser, it seems like only a small amount of people have the issue so BSG wont put anything out asap because its not a global issue. On the other hand I tried everything I can do so it does not seem to be a problem on our end..... If anyone knows a solution or if BSG gives us an update on whats happening i'd be happy. Same for me. I can load in factory anytime, but if i try to load in any other map the same error message comes for:

[Error] : Log: calling UNET::VirtualUserHost::Disconnect because of reason NetErrors::kWrongConnection

I get this error after every single raid, without fail. 100% of the time. It just spins for about 2-4 minutes and then it works.

This has been happening for months for me.

I've tried re-installing the game, I've formatted my PC, I've tried changing my DNS settings, nothing works

I really have no clue what it is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as this never happened before  and I've played this game since 2017.

i have the same issue and it wont fix itself no matter what i do im not banned because i can access here and i didnt get an email either when is this going to be fixed

BSG fix this bs! Can't get into a single raid without crashing and I've literally tried every single damn "fix" on the net.

Tech support have no idea whats causing this and think its my end, I know for sure it's fault of the game.

Could play the game perfectly fine with 0 crashes pre-patch 0.12.11 wipe... This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

 

From the looks of things, this problem is pretty damn common and has been fuqing players for years. Doesn't look like BSG and tech support care enough to address the issue.

Maybe it has to do with our IP, because from my ISP i dont have a static IP and I heard that is a problem for escape from tarkov. Maybe it will work with a VPN? I dont have one, but if it works for someone I will get one.

Nope, I've a dynamic IP address and I still get disconnected a lot during raids. Sometimes I can play fine, be it PMC or SCAV raids, but then I've rounds where I get disconnected, reconnect and can finish just fine and then I've rounds where I get disconnect after disconnect and eventually end up dying and losing all my stuff. I've lost so many good stuff because of this and I've also tried every possible solution there is. 

It's been now 5 days without an answer to my support ticket, so I highly doubt they care enough to fix this issue, as it's not global.

Okay so I have managed to fix the issue but you may not like it! before doing this try these things to see if it fixes your problem!

  • Run the launcher as administrator.
  • Temporarily turn off all antivirus and security programs or firewall, such as Windows Defender.
  • Try updating the Microsoft .NET Framework.
  • Install the latest drivers for all your devices.
  • Install all Windows updates available in the Update Center.
  • Check integrity of the files in the launcher.
  • Clear game and launcher cache:

C:\Users\%YOURUSER%\Documents\Escape from Tarkov

C:\Users\%YOURUSER%\AppData\Local\Battlestate Games

C:\Users\%YOURUSER%\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games

  • Reinstall game and launcher.
  • Check the system disk and game disk with utility CheckDisk. If there are any errors found, please repair them.
  • Check the installed OS files with the command "sfc /scannow" command line.

If all else fails and in my case none worked for me, factory reset your computer!

You will still get the script error but it will stop any lagging and stuttering!

No, I meant that a dynamic IP is bad, I also have a dynamic IP and it shows the error for me. What I thought what work is a VPN, because then you have a static IP, I havent tried it and if for someone it works, please send a message.

I've been experiencing the same exact thing as OP states in the post. Submitted bug reports and trying to fix the problem using BSG's suggested solutions. Nothing has fixed the problem. It was like a light switch from one patch to the other. This is probably the most frustrating thing I've dealt with in a while.  The BSG support just eludes to the PC being the problem. (memory or windows or some other nonsense). Rolling back drivers and even going as far as fresh installing a different version of windows onto a brand new m.2 (with a different set of ram). This is Tarkov not our PC's or network.  Dont let support fool you.

Its been happening to me for way past the recent update, even made me quit the game for a while.
I started playing again after wipe.

I have tried every solution that I found and more, contacted support and they just give me some "bullsh*t" copy paste response how to fix this that does not work.

Some Fixes I tried:

  • Disabling Firewall, Windows Anti-Virus
  • Changed in game settings
  • Disabled my IPv6
  • Made my IP static instead of dynamic IP
  • Flushing DNS
  • Running game in admin mode
  • Running the game from a different account
  • Reinstalling the game on different types of storage (SSD, NVMe, HDD)
  • Limiting my internet speeds
  • Verified game files like 200
  • Stopped NVIDIA overlays, discord, sound mixer, etc (Any process in the background that I did not need)
  • VPN, 3 VPNS and tried over 10 countries on each
  • Different windows user
  • Installed older internet drivers
  • Unplugged everything from my computer and only keeping mouse and keyboard.
  • Uninstalling steamvr and unplugging my Valve Index
  • Running windows in safe mode
  • Monitored my internet for 24 hours to see if there are any spikes (there were none)
  • Installed Older NVIDIA drivers
  • +Many other fixes I don't remember

(I saw how many people had this problem for months and I tried my best finding a fix with no success and I am now 90% sure its games fault, probably back end problem to be specific after I read some Unity Stack overflow threads)

Only 2 things I have not tried is using a different windows build or reinstalling windows and using WI-FI
(I don't have wi-fi access with my computer so if you do please try using wi-fi while playing instead of wired in and report back if it did anything)
(I was thinking to create a virtual machine and install the game but I don't wanna get banned by the anti-cheat)

System Specs:
(All divers are up to date)

  • TUF-X570-Plus
  • AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
  • RTX 3070
  • 32GB 3600

Installed the game on NVMe, SSD, HDD (None made any difference)

Internet Speeds:
DOWNLOAD
915.20
UPLOAD
291.22
I am from Central Europe

If you have similar specs or if you are making a post here please write your own specs maybe that will help with people figuring out if its a driver problem.

I have also came to the conclusion that the reason the game is still in "Beta Pre-Order" not because its not finished and its because the game does not want to fix the game for the "1000+" users with this problem because they have way more players.
legally you can't do anything on pre-purchase beta games if they just don't work.
(You can not request a refund, so they ignore us because we can't do anything about this)
Even support seems to not care about this, to actually take the problem seriously and not give a copy pasted response.

I have the same error, every time after a raid it loads for a long time. About 1-2 minutes. Sometimes the Flea Market doesn't load either or it takes at least 1-2 minutes for something to come. I've only had the error since the new patch and since I got a new graphics card (about the same time).

What helped me now was to activate the VPN of Avira (free). Now I still have the error message, but everything loads super quickly. I will possibly call my internet provider. Maybe they know a solution.

 

System:
MSI X570-pro

Ryzen 5 3600x

RTX 3080 Ti

32gb 3200

Been constantly getting disconnected as of today's patch. The game starts loading assets, gets stuck on loading map 100% for over 30 seconds, then stays on "contacting server" for about 2 seconds, then i get the "Server connection lost" message.

This issue has nonstop plagued me this wipe and late last wipe (around a month or two before the wipe). It has actually prevented me from really playing a ton this wipe, since I just disconnect every couple of minutes if I can find a raid, and it just amounts to me not completing tasks and giving gear to other players. I can't even get gear as a scav, because I'll disconnect and won't make it to the extract in time since I'm wasting a minute and a half reconnecting every time I DC.

In fact, every update they release adds a few new errors in the console, with this being the most recent gem after booting me from a scav at interchange (where I was just 20 seconds shy of extracting with lots of loot for the upcoming heat wave...).81559072_2021-07-3017-56_3.95(0).thumb.png.912db7f1584353039f255e84cc20c223.png

I have tried every fix BSG has suggested, I have had my ISP check my connection quadruple times, and I have done every little "fix" that has worked for others, and the problem still pops up so frequently I just stop playing for days when it happens now.

Hate to say "I Have the same Problem" Like so many before but I have been getting insane stuttering and freezing along with random crashing and sometimes not even loading into a game. At every instance I get script errors and spammed with the same 5 lines of error codes. Don't even know what to do anymore since no one seems to have this problem. Might end up wiping my computer and fresh installing tarkov.

It really does make the game borderline unplayable, because I will just randomly disconnect and essentially just give other PMCs gear as my character will sprint in place for a minute and a half while I reconnect.

Sorry to hear you're having issues my man. That sounds awful!

If you're already in talks with BSG on this, unfortunately there's not much more I can do from my end. I did link this thread and your tickets where I can.

I know it can be frustrating to slog through a bunch of emails that feel like "boilerplate" responses, but I encourage you to stay engaged with them. They're doing their best to help you get these issues resolved!
