Scav Case not working with Scav Karma?

I have been using Scav Case with Moonshine for just over a week now. Up until two days ago my Scav Rep was around -0.2 -> +0.2. Right now it is 0.93 and I have not noticed any change in the Scav Case time? It is still 4 hours 40 minutes for Moonshine? I thought Scav Karma can increase/decrease this timer?

It can, it's just not a complex linear increase. It doesn't decrease the timer by 1% every .1 rep you have. It'll probably decrease at certain reps like maybe at 1 rep you'll see a decrease of 5% or 10%.

same with me i got 3.251 scav karma says 3 hours nad 58 min on moonshine when i start it its normal 4 hours and 40 min
