New secret to scav karma

So over other scavs killing my scav at start point, scav karma is a joke, its on shoot first phuc the karma!

I have confidence it will get better, but it isn't worthwhile right now.  Every other player has the advantage over you because you're forced to hesitate.

I've not seen much scav on scav. I also refuse to fire first. The karma works like a charm so far, though I think good scavs should get a "guide" scav that follows them to identify the bad scavs.

I agree 110% with this and I also would add that I suspect the majority of people complaining are setting themselves up to be killed.

You have to look at your Scav as a 180 degree turn in a way from your PMC, don't aim at suspected Scav Players, instead hit F1 and wave your gun around all crazy. By doing so you are literally announcing you are not USEC, not looking to fire, and making sure to not jump scare someone. Aim a gun, flip someone off, try to give commands, and expect to be shot a lot. Also be aware that the more you loot and look like a PMC the more you have to make sure other Scav players know you are not hostile. F1. F1. F1. I can not stress that enough and just run past people instead of maybe trying to loot monger if they got there first. Hell I have given items in raid to other Scav Players as once you know you are not KOS'ing each other it really is in both parties interest to keep cool and act cool headed. You will surprise other player(s) in a good way and it sets a good vibe for any close encounters.

You absolutely will get idiots or jumpy people that shoot you, who cares? You lose nothing and they lose a LOT more than you with the new system in place. Out of countless Scav runs this wipe I have ran into more friendly Scavs and I would say 80-90% of the time (maybe even 90-99%) I get out without issues. If lots of players are also seeing this and you are not then the issue is with how you are playing your Scav and not the fault of the new karma system. I can not express how much I love this new mechanic and once you learn to use it properly you will have a lot of fun and some great memories because I sure do and so do all the people I play with.
