How Factory plays with Scav karma now

So every time I load into Factory as a Scav player now I'm faced with this. 

No PMC's left and a bunch of friendly Scavs wandering around Factory with no loot left to take and nobody to kill because most of the time all the Scav players are friendly. You get your odd idiot Scav player that doesn't care about the karma but that's about it. Which is another topic on its own. I hate the player Scav scum that wiggles, you wiggle back and then you get head shot from behind by the idiot. This needs to be fixed now. They should make it so that if you ignore the karma after 2 or 3 raids in a row that you are killing Scavs your cool down should be 24 hours and continue to grow if you don't play nice and it should be really hard to get the positive karma back. Like Fence wants 3 million rubles to get your standing back. None of this vehicle extract BS.

Don't play much scav, but I guess I'll start. Easy kills and loot on friendlies is nice.

The more Scavs someone kills as a Scav, the less he will be playing as a Scav. I understand that being killed by those players could be annoying, but remember - he gets punished when killed you.

I wiggled with a "scav" on Interchange yesterday. Turned around and walked away... BOOM! Raid over.

It was a flamin' EOD player dressed as a scav! Well played sir.
