Spawns have been an ongoing issue that as far as the community can tell won’t get fixed anytime in the near future.

not much you can really do other than bug the devs about it.

Yesterday was a twitch stream with Nikita and he addressed that they actually working on Spawns, new/more scav/boss/raider locations etc. If I understood him right, than the first results will come with 12.12

Yup!  I love spawning in right next to a group of two decked out guys who kill me 30 seconds into every raid!

On which map do you have this problem? I see this just on factory, wich is a cqb map. Hallway is poo, thats true, but even there you can avoid other players. I often lay in bushes for two or three minutes, until the first rush is over. I think this is an good advice for new players. Ofcourse just to the point where you know the other spawns and theyre prefered routes. But until then, spawnrushing should not be a problem. Maybe its a problem, but i ask myself why i dont see this kind of stuff. Maybe vecause i play a little slower than the average streamer.

Interchange has terrible spawns. If you have a sniper you can absolutely smash the people that spawn in the corners.

Shoreline and Interchange are rough ones I find.  I spawned into Shoreline yesterday literally across the field from a group of two.
