Level 2 & 3 Mastering Bonus?

I hear that there are bonuses when you get a weapon to Level 2 and Level 3 mastering. From what I have heard the bonus reduces the recoil, increases weapon speed, and increases ADS speed. Is this true and are there exact numbers for these bonuses?

There is no indication to the player that any such things happen with higher mastery (recoil/switch speed/reload speed however are bonuses of the weapon skills, which are not to be confused with mastery).

I've heard that level 2 mastery will give a slightly faster reload animation for some weapons, and I KNOW that level 3 mastery will grant you the ability to reload whilst still ADS instead of going out of ADS + some weapons will get a different reload animation (AK dry reload will no longer take hand off of pistol grip to rack action).

 

If there actually are recoil/switch speed/ads speed bonuses to mastery, I would love to know the answer as well.

Impossible to say unless one tests it themselves or the DEVs come out and say it (like they probably should...).

would be nice if they actually mentioned which level each one was in the video
