Can t even get past log in details Error on post status code forbidden

Played last night as normal other then a few times got droped from game.

went to log in this morning and Error on post version is 12.11.1.1827 status code forbidden.

 

I reset my password on the tarkov page followed the link and i get the same issue again.

My  account status is active on tarkov page no issues on the webpage

Unable to play............no idea why or what to do.

Worked it out. was exitlag .

 

Turned it off and able to play.

Are you guys on a VPN? If you are ; please disable and try again.

Please also make sure your firewall/defender is not blocking access.
If those don't work - reset your router and give it at least 1 minute before turning it back on.

Yeah, I did restart, reset, clean up pc and nothing seems to work

Have you tried to clear the appdata folder?

Please make a backup before performing this action

Navigate to 

"C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Battlestate Games\Escape from Tarkov\"
and delete everything in there ; should just be settings

Yeah, I tried that too, nothing seems to work, thank you for your help.
