so I came upon a uvsr Taiga-1 knife and posted it on the flee market now if it does not sell do I lose the item and do I get my money back that it cost to place it onto the flee market?

You will not get your listing fee refunded to you if your trade offer fails, you will also lose reputation based on how much the listing was.
