UNITY Crash Constantly

so hello folks..

my game crashes constantly to desktop with a UNITY Error (screenshot attached) ( the game has been terminated, user action is requiered) . i never encounter that problem before, here are my system, and what i already tried.

Windows 10 64Bit

CPU: i9 9700k @5ghz

GPU: RTX 2080 TI

Mainboard : ASUS Prime Z390-A

RAM: 16gb DDR 4 3200mhz

1TB: M.2 SSD

Power supply: be quiet straight power 11 750w

WHAT i TRIED to Fix it:

Reinstall the game.

reinstall graphics driver via DDU.

Updated BIOS to newest version.

Load Optimized Defaults in BIOS.

tried my Normal overclocking settings wich every other game runs fine.

tried XMP in bios 1 and 2. and Auto.

Cleared Cache in tarkov.

Integrity check in tarkov. ( i reinstalled anyways)

installed Visual C++ Redistributable newest version

run the game as administrator.

deaktivated anti virus.

windows paging file (virtual memory) increased to even 24gb.

did CMD sfc /scannow

did CMD chkdsk no errors

im sure i missed something. but i cant help me anymore. the game was running for years absolute fine. no crashes at all. but suddenly i crash constantly to desktop. sometimes i could play few raids on streets and so on, it crashed here and there, but now i cannot even load into a raid. it crashes even on "matching"

my computer runs fine. it just crashed back to desktop with that error.

someone know a fix? or had a similar problem?

any help would be appreciated.

so i found out via Windows log what the error is. ( its just in german but yea)

so its the "profilerplugin_perfhelper.dll" ? what can i do. i already reinstalled the game

I get the same problem. hopefully someone knows a fix

I had the same issue. My fix was to uninstall Avast Free antivirus and use only Windows Defender. Unity crashes stopped immediately after that.

i have no antivirus and i get crashes in raids hideout and sometimes even in main menu

I am also experiencing this constantly since the wipe. I have played for years and this has never been an issue before .13.

Same. I've been playing with the same hardware for 2 years and never experienced any problems. Now the game is not playable at all.

Boosting topic getting unity 2-4 times per 4 hours play session most in menus but worst ones are ingame

got one even in fire fight ......

Same issue, an a EOD backer of the game and can't play it
Uninstalled Avast, screwed around with all my settings , Reinstalled the game multiple times - Same issue
Happens in game, in hideout, even in the main menu

Just adding on to increase awareness that we have an issue.

Never had a crash before this last wipe. Now it can happen at any time.

As others have said I have updated everything, fresh installed, removed Avast and all antivirus, cleared all cashes and stopped running literally anything in the background and the game will still CTD after as little as 5 seconds into the main menu or 30 minuets into playing.

It is worth noting on my GFs computer also running Avast that this NEVER happens. She is running identical settings to my computer but has no issues what so ever. She DIDNT collect the Christmas bundle or do any twitch drops, as that is the only real difference that I can find I'm wondering if its connected.

All I know is Im sick of losing my PMC loadout because of crashing and dying while Im loading back in. So all I have been doing is running poor boy kits and rushing through raids because otherwise I lose all my crap anyway.

Also adding on to the same problem. Havent had many crashes on this hardware on earlier wipes either. Im not running Avast. This occurs on multiple different scenarios, before i had it happen when loading a map, especially Streets of Tarkov. Now it happened when i died on a raid, when i was returning to main menu.

Adding on th same problem. I can't play on my desktop since path 0.13. I have to play on my laptop which is way worse than my desktop pc, I have tried everything but nothing works.

Every Raid the game crashes! its unplayable....

Same here. Disabled Avast and I seemed to have gone for an hour plus without a crash. Need to test it more but the crashes are so random. Happened in raid searching inventory, in raid tabbing into my inventory, main menu clicking on prapor, and main menu moving around loot in my character screen.

Just wanted to add for visibility, I've also been getting crashes, maybe a few times a day, sometimes in raid, sometimes in menu, it always shows the Unity error when it crashes.... This is my 6th wipe and I've never had any issues before this wipe. I'm not running any antivirus other than windows defender. Can't figure out what is causing it =/

If anyone finds a fix or they do a patch I'll come back I literally upgraded my PC for this and Nothing WORKS I can play other games perfectly fine. i CANT BRING MYSELF to play on my laptop. One thing I can say is my last crash was different I wasnt in first person I was in third person my camera was fixed in a corner and I could move my scav around Like I was in a game engine really tripped me out. Ive been playing since Oct-2017 and havent seen a glitch like it until today felt like theater mode from BO2.

Try to turn on Binaural audio in audio settings.. Let me know if it works.

I made a report about this Unity crash, but nothing has been answered. Third wipe going and with previous patches, i didn't have single one crash! Now it's atleast one crash per raid. I have done everything i can, but nothing have helped me so it's so frustrating..

Hopefully, this is gonna be repaired soon that we can play the game!

I don't think it is a "Avast Problem" as the only solution. My desktop PC with a 2080ti that has Avast One has been running great with no Unity crashes. If I play on my ROG Zephyrus Laptop with a RTX 3060 in it, it crashes constantly unless I completely uninstall Avast. I had to install Throttlestop to tweak some settings just to keep the game stable. I'm thinking it is a memory speed/memory leak/memory handling type of problem. I have no way in the bios to turn XMP on or off so I have not been able to test against that. This wipe has created a lot of comments on forums and social media about having lower FPS, stutters, and complete crashes. The closer we get to a full release of the game, the more unstable the game seems to be getting. The variable is all the different hardware we all use to play...hopefully BSG jumps on this and finds a solution. Hopefully my desktop rig doesn't start developing the Unity problem.

Ive got the same issue.. And like most of you guys, i tried everything .. like everything. I've been playing with the same hardware for 2 years and never experienced any problems like this before. tried to reinstall the game. cache files, integrity, windows defender, i even tried to format ffs. plz any support memmber any tech support. HELP US !
