Why my game have disappeared from account and it asks me to purchase it?

I got the key from my brother for example. And if BSG have not sent any email or comment about the issue why my game was removed... I am sorry, but without any statement you have no right to ducking take away my game ! ! And thats pissing me off. And on top of that I started support chat on 29th of April. Today is 7th of May without a single stupid answer. Thats how you behave to comunity? Thats how you care about them? What the hell? This is disgusting to be honest.
