Unheard Edition purchases - BSG supporter "True believer" - 10+ queue times for PVE

I can't find a raid for PVE that is not 10+ mins waiting (currently at 17+mins). Why is this the case? how can this be jusitfied? If you are going to open this up to all the EoD users its going to make me just get a refund XD

You arent beliving enough, thats why you get long matching times 

 

In all honesty: If it doesnt start within 60s just rejoin. Usually works every 2-4 attempts. At least it does for me (EU west some EU east servers selected)

4 hours without any raid possible on streets. everything else is about 10-15 min with ALL servers possible.
it sabotage at this point. its unacceptable. Shamefull and a rip off.
Taking money not deliver seems really the MO....should have known...its since 2017 all the same.
