Don't know whether this is a joke or not. From my knowledge and understanding you waited too long to progress and start looting. Obvious answer to this is wait a little bit and then start going around the map and collecting gear while progressing to an exit (this knocks out two birds with one stone). If you don't want to loot and just get your current gear out or something then just slowly move to an exit and leave the server pretty simple :).

scavs spawn with varying health attributes and gear, so its just RNG. Make a blood sacrifice to the RNG gods before hand...

The same way you survive as a pmc, you go to the extraction
