Restricted FOV problems

So, the FOV caps at 75?? I'm playing on a 16:9 aspect ration and having the FOV so low feels like running around with 1x binoculars strapped to your face. I can only play for about 20 minutes before getting a little sick to my stomach. Kind of feel like I wasted my money here, as the FOV restrictions feel really archaic. This is a PC game in 2017. Who on earth thought this was a good idea? Feels like I'm playing a DOS game.

At the moment there is a bug with the FOV settings, you put it in the options on 75 but ingame you are still on 50. The problem is known by the Devs and they working on it.

 

The only thing you can do is: After you started the game, go into options, slide the FOV bar to 75 and press "Esc" after that. (Dont click save) now your FOV is 75 until the point you restart the game. When you are inraid, just press Right Mouse button twice, tada 75 FOV.

Also note that this is vertical FOV. Wider screen gives you way more horizontal FOV.

Instead of being negative, you should first ask if others have that problem, and if anyone was able to solve it. Ranting and trying to start a flame is not something that will make this topic be unlocked for long time.

pretty sure you dont have to save it at 75 first. just drag it back to 50 and exit out. 

if you do it in game, you gotta crouch to activate it and you have it do it every time you begin a match

if you do it in the menu, it should save it until you close the game down.
