I wanted to share this with you it's like the second time i encounter something like this.

Also got this 3 or 4 times. Its caused by the bug where the killed player stays in a black screen after death. He is still able to hear all sounds and such and have to ALT + F4. Because of this quit from him, your client never gets an update about his killed-status.

 

A reconnect to the game worked for me every time.

if didn't work ither with recoonect, i was with him, and he was still "alive" stooted with pump more than 30 rounds
