Uh... have it work like an actual bipod? Where you can mount it on things or when you're prone, and then your ADS stamina wouldn't drain and you wouldn't have to hold your breath?

 

You're acting like it's some awesome thing that it adds stability all the time vs. "when you're using it" - the game strives for realism in all areas, so obviously it would be much better if it only stabilized "when you're using it".

Like in Arma 3... limited movement but no more weapon sway... 

In Arma 3 they work really nice... you even can use fence posts ,rocks, branches... everything which would work in real not only to deploy a bipod but also to rest your Weapon on to remove the weapon sway
