Upgrading to a better version

So i recently got into EFT and i really like it! So if i decide to upgrade my game will i lose all my current gear?

You could always purchase the upgraded version and wait for the next patch/wipe. If you want to jump in with the upgraded right away you will have to do a account reset, youll start from scratch again with the new stuff.
