Scav move at light speed?

I was watching a replay of one of my raids and I took a few shots at a player looting a body by the pumps at Old Gas Station from the railroad tracks.  I fired at them, but to my left  in the fenced area I see this head pop up and takes off real fast.   Is this a known bug?

That's what I'm talking about the AI..  Left behind the tires in the fenced area.  Play it at 1/4 speed and it's still fast if you don't notice at full speed.

Yea i also noticed that. Have fun killing scavs as a sniper if they run in light speed behind cover and you'll never see them again.

 

At least make them break their legs like humans can.

noticed this the other day shot at one he flashed past me into cover had no way of tracking him to shoot while he ran across in front of me to cover it was just too fast
