Damn people, won't you understand that it's useless to post here ? Your thread (and the dozen before you) will only get locked in the next 15min. There is NO manual report system and it won't be accepted even with logs, screenshots or videos. BSG relies only on their anti-cheat (that catches any modifications or scripts added to the launcher or files) and does ban waves regularly, except that there isn't anyway to ban cheater so for god's sake stop flooding the forum.

There is no option to manually report players, in game anti-cheat will catch and ban them in waves.

Also please refrain from name and shame threads as you cannot be 100% certain this person was actually cheating and not just experiencing one of many bugs/glitches within the game.
