I have a question...If I buy  an upgrade version on the 23rd in the 20% off sale, Does it activate on purchase or can you activate it 

when ever I want?  as I was going to upgrade at the next wipe but will get it now if its on offer.

I have a question to, If I wanna upgrade from standard to Left Behind (58 Euros), how discount works?

They discount from 58 so the final price should be 46,4, minus the difference with standard edition (35 Euros) = 11,4 Euros

OR

They discount me the difference, 58 - 35 = 23 - 20% discount = 18.4 Euros

Can you buy an upgrade but still play the standard edition in order to avoid a wipe? Or are you forced to wipe once you buy an upgrade? Because I honestly don't think a $19 discount is worth starting over this late into the wipe.

It doesn't take effect unless you reset your account. So, you won't have to EOD stash size but you won't lose your gear if you don't reset.

I already made 2 people buy the game, but I'm not quite sure if I can convince more ppl to buy the game after colleagues from your Developer-Team made statements like the below, or after the dozens of update notices with "performance/netcode fixes", without any changes and the obvious supression and denial of the facts by Nikita, that a lot people unfortunately DO have drastic issues regarding the netcode currently.

 

I'm sorry, but what should I tell my friends, why to buy the game?

Oh blimey, tell me that really isn't Nikita, or he was having a bad day.

Testing -IS- part of my job in real life.  "Users" are good for testing the interface wrt ergonomics and preferences.  Everything else should be hardcore metrics.   Granted, EFT is not a critical program, with the consequences of failure being fatal.  But using user opinions as a metric in lieu of real testing just doesn't cut it.

I too have stopped recommending this game to friends who don't have it already.  Call it netcode or magic sprinkles, but the PVP latency is very bad.  Doors are even worse.   Have had runs with up to 5000 ms latency. 

Despite this, I still love the game even when I feel like punching out my monitor.  Just hoping it will get fixed.

Things like this make me NOT want to give these guys more of my money. Sure, he could be having a bad day but anyone with common sense should know that social media is not a platform to use when thinking with emotion instead of logic but I do like what they have going on here so I'll give it some serious thought if I'm going to upgrade. Love the game, let's hope for a bright future.

On a side note, if I had to go through mountains of people complaining about the same issue and making it out like I'm not working on it, I'd probable snap too.

Dont upgrade just because theres a "tiny" sale on, they should have removed them options by now anyway, plus everything EOD gives you will be accessible to all once full release, hence the reason full release is taking so long probably, stick with what you have, DO NOT  be fooled into a company trick to upgrade your account to something you will get anyway. Do society a favor and just DONT!

its a beta. that means work in progress. if u dont like it then dont play it. 

ofc they need to address the netcode and fix it. its really bad tbh. but flaming in a project news thread is just low level.

i trust the devs will fix the problems.

what about bigger inventory and free access to addons? age of darkness is worth it and i WILL buy on 23.

Paying another 90 bucks for inventory space that may be made obsolete with the addition of the stash, don't quote me as I'm not 100%, and future DLC which I haven't heard a single detail on because let's face it, the base game isn't near completion. I may end up taking @everton999's advice and hold off on giving more of my money. This game is amazing but I'll wait till the devs prove to me they're worth more of my money.
