I killed a player named [playernamedeleted], then when i grabbed his dog tag i was killed by a player named [playernamedeleted]. I'm going straight to accusations but it is damn suspicious. I just don't see how desync caused in considering it was a 2 min gap after the dude died.

I had a similar situation, I killed someone in the Customs dorms, not long afterwards the same guy kills me. I really wonder what's up with that.

If you die from bleeding out or a blacked stomach draining your Hydration it gives the person who black it out the credit

Yes, but in my case and probably in OP's case the guy literally came back in the same game, found me and killed me. In my case some time after I shot him someone snuck up behind me while I had difficulties climbing over some stuff in the dorms and then out of the blue I got stabbed twice, died and it showed that it was the same guy whom I had killed minutes ago.
