Spawn Camping?

I dropped in staring at a PMC at near point blank range.  In the time it took to get my bearings I was dead.  Been happening more and more lately.  There some way to set random spawn locations?  Nothing like waiting some time for a match then get dead in the opening seconds.

You spawned in as a Scav, so I would say that's just bad luck.  No way to know where or when you will spawn when joining as a scav.

I do agree the PMC spawns desperately need some work, they are just too close together.  When you spawn on Customs, for example, the first few minutes is just a crazy death match.  Then if you win you have a long slow period until you bump into the winner of the deathmatch from the other side of the map.  They need to spread the spawns out more to get rid of this 2 minute deathmatch at the start of every raid. Make the spawn zone MUCH bigger, or even add multiple other small spawn zones.  So instead of 2 big ones, maybe have 6 smaller ones.  Or at least make the 2 big ones twice the size so the players don't all spawn in within 50m of each other.

The spawns have always been an issue, especially spawn rushing to grab some easy kills on unsuspecting players. I understand the logic behind it, spawning players relatively close to each other to give everyone a fair position for loot but I'd rather lose first access to Marked Room because someone spawned a lot closer to it than getting lit up by a dude that spawned a 100 yards from me that decided to charge my spawn location. Beta...blah...blah...blah. In due time, my dudes.

Spawn camping is HORRIBLE. Game is unplayable for me and my friend. We died on every mission we tried in the first seconds! UNPLAYABLE GAME.
