Scavs are a problem especially with the new face hitbox - Video

Ever since the face hitbox has been implemented it has made scavs terribly overpowered. I will get on shot from across the map when I couldn't even see the scav. Here is just one example of it. And people say you need to play more tactically with this hitbox but I didn't even see the scav in this video until re-watching it. I want this game to be realistic but I also don't want to get one shot head shot from a scav across the river when wearing full armor and losing it to an AI again and again. Players are my worry anymore, it's scavs.

From the footage , all I could know is that it could be a player Scav that killed a geared PMC with a marksman/sniper rifle that shot you
