Healing is broken?

so this has happened to me a couple of times and its really has pissed me off lately. But once one of my body parts gets damaged and I try to heal it won't when it should heal....and I have died because of that. I hope they can fix it.

if its black with an x, its been lost. if its red then it should be able to heal and come back to full strength. ive had a few situations where i have a limb bleeding and my selewa or ifak wont  do anything at all to it, which is annoying. i bled out on one, but managed to make it out another time, on my way to bleeding out...

nope, none of my limbs where black or had an X...they had health on them and yet I couldn't heal.

It's quite normal to me though , you guys should read the patch notes more often . They added a prioritzed healing system a few patch back , I think it's 0.7 or something
