Scavs are poo. (Not what you think)

So I spawn in as player scav, start looting around and killing PMC scum. Another player scav decides I've lived long enough, starts shooting me. I take the fucker down, only to have 3 of my mates turn on me and murder me, raping my lifeless carcass and leaving me to rot in some dirty factory. Fix this poo, I swear it was in self defense.

For real though, I've been killed this way countless times and i'd really like to see a fix for it as well.

Why wait for the karma? Karma would kill the scav mode.

Scavs should attack you AND defend you. And if defending you is too much, they should at least recognize self defense as when you kill the guy that hit you first.

This issue has been discussed many many times now. I think scavs should notice who shoot first and don't blame you for self defense. But that's all said multiple times. There is no official answer of the devs regarding this topic yet.

According to one of the veteran players, it already is in the game. If you kill Scavs a lot, other Scavs won't follow you or help you when you are being shot at but if you have a good reputation with scavs, they actually eventually follow you aroouund. I doubt any of us ever makes it to that level of reputation.

Also, even if its not self defense, why do Scavs on the other side of the map know it is you who opened fire??
