Loud sound from time to time?

Alright so im asking for a friend here and dont ask me why he dont make a post here.

But i normaly play with a friend of mine and when we play togeather he gets a loud sound from no where and apperently its so loud it hurts.

He tells me it comes from time to time when he is in a raid.

I dont got this problem my self so i cant help him and i dont really know what to googel to find the answer.

Is there anyone here that got the same problem or maybe someone that know the answer on this issue?

My friends headphones are brand new and its Razer Manowar. 

I also just heard it happens in Csgo and pubg aswell apperently. 

Any soul out there that might be able to help me out so im able to play with him again hehe. 

( He has both reinstalled windows and EFT but that dident help) 

 

If anyone got any questions about anything plz ask me and i will get the answer from my friend.

He may want to go see a doctor. As you have provided no helpful information, what map the issues are on, or what gun he uses when this happens.

Any map, i said when he is in a raid. 

It happens on several guns. I hardly belive its cuz of the guns.

I dont really have any more info to say, thats why i have edit ask me and i get the answer.

Here is the problem, its not just one gun, one map.. Its on all the maps, its all the guns. It becomes this whitenoise that is 200% louder than normal. Remember the old school gun sounds from like The good the bad and the ugly ? that's how it sounds but with the extra whitenoise extreme edition.

I have never experienced anything like that or seen any mention of that type of issue in all of my time on the forums.
