Lost Alpha Container

Today I logged on and my alpha container was mysteriously gone from my character. I already checked everywhere in my stash and no i did not sell it on accident i guarentee you because it was right after I restarted my game. Inside this container was my keybar with factory key marked key and many others.  So why did this happen and is all my loot just gone forever?

I don't know what happened, but I do know that they won't replace your lost items.

I'm not asking for replacement I'm making sure that this is an aware bug and that they can fix it so it doesn't happen again

they seriously need to implement something because rumor is hackers teleport items to themselves and possibly straight outta peoples containers

id rather lose my keybar to a hacker than it just going poof....least then it still exists somewhere lol

peoples stashes/secure containers disappearing is imo all but game breaking

clan member of mine logged in the other day and the entire contents of his gamma were gone, keybar included.
