Interchange not starting?

Hi all,

I tried several times to start an Interchange round the last hour. I tried it alone or in a 2-player-team. Both in the night and in day-time-zone.

 

Still it didn't start after 5 minutes, even though 20-30 players were in the lobby.

Do we have a new issue?
