i had a 65/65 one and made down to 20-40 % and it worked perfectly. I believe it has to be  a 65/65 durability gzhel-K.

I need your help. I have a Gzhel at 35.7-65 and i dont have the option to hand it over . I know i am doing something stupid . Do i need to had both over at the same time ?

well yeah you need one between 0-20% and 20-40% 35.7-65 is over 50%
