You know it is to the point I cannot even go to resort anymore cause of this stupid arse desync crap . Every single damn time I go in an try to engage someone desync I get with in 20 meters of someone desync someone starts running rampently in the halls towards me I go to turn an try to be ready desync . I sure hope an pray to god that you devs live up to your word an have this fixed in the next patches like you say leading up to 0.9 an not add one more stupid mod or gun or map or whatever else . Everyone an their mother has complained about desync for years so fix it or hire someone else that can . its bad enough we have to deal with stupid cheaters to where it makes it difficult to test or do anything some of the times but when you desync like a mofo it makes it impossible to do really anything especially when it likes to always do it right at engagements . But seriously if you guys cannot fix a multiple year long problem then you need to consider having someone else fix your mess . Small company big company makes no difference if you do not know what your doing get someone who does because i have never played a game that had this non stop contant problem still after so many updates an patches its beyond ridiculous .

Hello @Kremson , 

We are always looking to inprove, and finding other methods to inprove anything related to the desync. Also take note of teams working on different projects at once, so people creating content, mods weapons etc is a different team working on network or desync related aspects.

I feel your pain with the desync.  I also know that while it makes this game unplayable at time (mostly during peak hours) this game is still in beta.  I would like to see a bit more resources put into infrastructure/stability.  I am only commenting here specifically because of the lag.  I mean the lag when scavs spawn in or the lag when players get closer to your AO.  I know why its happening, but what i'm asking for is a fix to it.  Its not just me as i have a rig that far surpasses requirements and am on fiberoptic.  This happens to my group whether its all 4 of us or individuals.  Can you please look into this and get back with any info on whether or not this issue is currently being addressed?  It would be much appreciated.

Probably going to make me sound like a stuck up arrogant git but if I were BSG I’d ignore the OP for way the post was written as if they were were owed something.

Maybe I’m just getting old and this is how the Internet world works now. Reminds me of the old parents evenings at school where the school (BSG) would scold the parents (players) for not raising their child to be polite and do their homework. Now it’s the parents (players) scolding the school (BSG) because their kid has learned a rude word in the playground.

Have some respect ? Maybe you should eat your own words there saying my voice should be ignored an not heard on a beta testing forum for a game I am testing that has had the single most important issue the entire time (desync) that can't seem to get fixed . And you want to bring in school an parents ? Lol okay how about this then desync is like a broken down school bus . The parents (players) are constantly having to voice their god given right to that school cause they won't fix their school bus . So the parents with constant aggravation have to drive their kids to school everyday. 

And just like Gandramir same with the rest we all would like to see some kind of progress report on desync as well as the anti cheat an other things that matter that will make or break this game . 

As to you iGoodLifeNL I understand there is different departments working on different things . Personally those content mods etc depts should be postponed an pull that extra weight to help with the bigger picture you desync AC netcode the game engine the bugs the stuff that actually MATTERS at this point everything else is irrelevant . 

Oh yeah an Vodor yes we as testers are owed something its called updates . We find bugs we report them we expect feedback on how the bug/issue is being handled what the progress of it is . So yup maybe you are too old to be doing this considering you really don't understand the concept of all this .

This post is futile . its a age old known issue that's ALWAYS being worked on by bsg. You know this.. Submit a bug report if you feel you need to make a post this topic is literally been discussed since the launch and bsg has officially replied multiple times. Youre just beating a dead horse here.

I guess it's my own fault if this thread gets turned into a slagging match. What I am saying is you shouldn't shout about calling things "stupid arse", calling content "stupid mods" & telling BSG how to run the company and their projects.

By all means bring them up and express your concerns but not by bitching like you're king of the world - THAT is what I would ignore, not your genuine concern over the broken parts of the game.

The whole school thing - I guess if you don't understand what I mean then culture really has changed, lets not worry about that shall we and focus on the issues at hand.

Lots of people say this but as someone who has worked countless years designing and supporting systems then I certainly would NOT want an art, accounts, animation or other department to work on the stuff that I do - it's so wildly different to what they are good at that they are not likely to understand the network teams work, and if they did get put to work on it then you could even set back the progress. Teams have their specialist fields and they move at different paces, they have their own deadlines (if any at the moment).

But we do, we got one recently on the 0.9 patch and things that may happen before it. They even kept it specific to network issues and a little note on the bottom to say more stuff was due too but not as important because we wanted to know about the netcode problem.

The old comments make me laugh, bring back the internet when everyone was mostly polite and those who didn't work for a living never got to go on it.
