Played with this guy today

So as the title say above today i played with this guy who i think was a bear, me and my buddy were unarmed (USEC hatchlings) and he came out of nowhere and for the first time he helped us instead of shooting and it was amazing he helped me i helped him i had a blast.what i need to know is that if there is a way to tell what that guys username is?

Yeah you should of killed him, take his dog tag and presto. That's why I kill everyone I encounter because I'm so eager to learn their names.

lol why we need VOIP. The only way to learn someones user name right now is to piss them off by killing them being killed by them or hoping they die while they help you out.

Had a similar situation like this the other day while I was a scav on Customs. Was passing through EFT tank through the hole in the wall and we heard each other. We shouted at each other and I attempted to run but he came up to me super fast. I probably could have gotten 1 or 2 shots on him as we stared at each other but I just pulled out my knife, went on my knees and dropped my gear lol. He came up to me and dropped like 7 dog tags, TRIZIP, an AS val, and a bunch of other junk and took off running with his main weapon, his armor, and his vest.

Protip:  if you want to know the guy's name you just gotta grab the dogtag from someone he kills before he does.  (states the name of the person who killed him)
