Reverse damage?

Is there such a thing as a reverse damage cheat/bug? I dont know what just happened!!

I was just playing on Customs, i was at construction near skeleton building in the bushes when i guy came running across from behind the white and green tanks to loot a couple of dead scavs, he didn't know i was there, as he was looting a scav i unloaded maybe 15-20 shots into him then i took damage and started to bleed! .... He stopped looting and looked at me! .... He didn't even retaliate, just stood looking at me so i shot him more but it seemed the more i shot him the more damage i took! ..... I just wish i had ShadowPlay running, i usually do.

I quickly bled out and died.

This problem is called desynchronization. The problem is in the stealth code of the game. And it manifests itself more and more. The crux of the problem is that everything that happens on your screen does not correspond to reality.
