Ghosts in factory office?

Hi guys,

i just experienced something, i can't really explain.

I played on factory as a scav.

I moved upstairs and killed another player scav who was hostile. I managed to move into the office room and killed another scav directly in front of the door.

I looted him and wanted to go outside and thats where the weird things happend.

Everytime when i made a step out of the office i got damage. No shots fired, no player or scav even near me, no bleeding, just constantly damage of my chest hitbox.

It felt like a "dot" because it was 10 dmg with every "tick" moved to the other door and got some other ticks when i tried to get out and died.

Never have encountered this before, can anyone explain what exactly happend to me and how i can avoid it?

Break both your legs? They hurt you if you run, if you were severely hurt then maybe when you walk.

No, i was on perfect health, thats why i don't understand the circumstances of my death.

And i was about 4min into the game so my char wasn't even hungry or thirsty.

Just can't explain it, maybe its a bug when you stand in a door so that you take damage, thats because i asked here if anybody had something similar or if i have to try to reproduce this in the following rounds.
