LenzOA
hi, today i came across someone who had the old zenit pt-3 stock with -50 recoil. buying the same stock from the vendor will only give you -45 recoil. i remember back before the wipe there was the -15 recoil pad for the ak that then got changed to -5 recoil. if i just bought like 500 of these -15 recoil pads, would they just keep the stats and i can keep playing with them even tho they should have got nerfed? ynnus86
It's probably easier to change the blueprint of a gun than existing copies in player stashes. So if you were lucky to buy 500 rubber pads with -15 recoil you can still use them. But how should somebody know which item is going to be nerfed before they do it? It can go the other way as well. Happend with fort armor and other items as well when they got nerfed and later reverted. Things change, it's a beta. Do not care too much about it. LenzOA
everyone knew that some items are extreme strong. some even thought it was -1.5 recoil instead of -15 right now the smgs got a big recoil "buff". i dont play with smgs, but i m sure you can find some unballanced items that will later on be changed. i have an old vss that is unmodded with 90 recoil. i think i could bring this gun down to 60 recoil. some of these parts seem out of ballance. ynnus86
@LenzOA Why do you bother so much? Lots of stats are constantly adjusted and changed. I remember when people complained about SKS having too low recoil for 7.62 compared to vepr and some days later it was increased without any official note. Also prices or availability of some items or barter trades change from time to time. For me it's fine because it's still beta and lot of balancing and adjusting has to be done. Feedback is daily given here and on reddit so the devs do their best in balancing things out. And in some cases you might have a gun which has old stats and is better than it should be right now - but is that a huge advantage? I don't think so. You will probably lose it in some raids. Somebody else will get the benefit of a better gun. And than another one. It really doesn't matter too much. Anyway there will be a wipe not so far away, maybe 4 - 6 weeks. Orbry
yeah, at one point i had 3 different fort armors at 100% durability but all had different hp, i do not remember exact values, something like 45, 60 and 80 hp. I do not see any big issue with that, since those will "normalize" after wipe.
Eragon284th
Since we are talking about items being changed, due to the no recoil m4s being a thing, the sopmod stocks were changed to have no stats whatsoever now. And I would like to point out something regarding the attachments that were changed, they stay how they were till you use it in a raid once, then it fixes itself to the new values. Old 0 recoil m4s were still at 0 recoil, for one raid. After extracting the gun had recoil and the parts no longer had bonuses
