A player Scav kills scavs, you kill the player scav who attacked them and the scavs kill you? 

The same bugs keep getting fixed and then reappearing.

Never forget that a player scav... is an SCAV. 

And if you attack an SCAV player or IA (regardless of the fact that they're fighting each other.) they...willl come for you!
