New Glitch?

I went to go in as a scav and it kicked me from the server because something didn't load and then upon rejoining I got kicked once more because of another map load failure and wrong position or something when I got in this happened I was unable to click on the game or exit without using task manager.  video:

This isn't a glitch but a bug. I have seen it happen a couple of times before from posts but, please, be sure to send in a bug report when you experience such things.
