Scavs still have esp?

I read somewhere that the esp had been reduced or toned down but i just got killed by a scav that either heard a noise we made and snapped on to me before i peeked or just knew i was there cause i peeked instant face/headshot (got the head ringing as i died) cause he was already looking right at me it was an ai for sure so did yesterdays update make scavs op again or was i unlucky cause my last match was before the small update yesterday and there were many identical scenarios where it easily couldve happened before today

Yes, Never show your face to Scav. They can see fear

They can still absolutely know where you are and 1 shot you in the face - dead.  They can even 180 1 shot within a second.  Also, some times you can still sneak up right on top of them and they do not see you.  Broken AF.  It is either aimbotting aggro scav or dumb scav.

I had a 4 kill and was fully geared last night. I'm sure the scav that shot my legs out was a player, but as I'm panicking towards the exit I get an important work email on my phone.

After I had checked my phone I look up and see I was literally sprinting into the back of a scav... and he didn't even register me on his radar.

Not as far I have noticed... Did u had flashlight or laser on? if so that could be reason they saw u... nobody mentioned if that is fixed or not...

I noticed scav did not shoot me running 20m away from him, even when infront of him, on like 10m, he takes good 2-3 seconds to start shooting and miss with first shot... pretty dumb scavs right now... i miss those terminators... scavs are now free guns and free keys...

I guess I should add if you are over 50m and have a silenced weapon, there is a great chance when shooting at them, they get confused and just run for cover.

 

Use a fully loud firearm, they will be on you like flies on traps.
