New factory glitch?

Someone was crouched up on the rafters at equipment side.. Couldn't hit him with 2 full mags, could still hit me. Didn't show blood or whatever.

 

The glitches are really getting annoying, there is no way to beat a full game of factory if one is glitching unless you manage to get the door open and whoop him. The new glitch on the rafters makes it impossible considering the person has a birds eye view on everyone moving up.

Escape from tarkov is fine but they need to up their game and release patches and updates fixing the main issues more frequently. I don't give a crap about armor values if the game is not working properly or there are hackers/glitchers everywhere.
