Basically what the title says.
Ram: DDR4 16gb G.Skill Ripjaws
GPU: Asus STRIX 1080Ti
Processor: I7 5820k 3.3 ghz
MB: Asus x99a

On shoreline, even with the new patch today, I only get around 45-60 frames, is this normal for the build I have? Or would I have a setting or 2 messed up somewhere, I have pretty much everything on low with most stuff turned off

Well your cpu probably suck and it’s doing a bottleneck.

im 80% sure

45 fps not normal. If you play ultra at least 55 min should keep!

anyway not optimised at all and look around for your cpu...

EDIT: your cpu fit perfectly.... game duck you :) don’t play at ultra

I dont know thats still abit strange you get such low fps with that setup , Im running a 1060 6gb with a i5 7500 and inside the resort I get 50-75 and outside of it 60-90 hell sometimes it even went up to 100 but thats in the swamp area so it really doesent count as a hard hitting area.

for my settings I set just about everything off or on its lowest settings other than textures and shadows and FXAA ,  Have you ever looked into turning off hpet ? for me i did it and gained a massive amount of fps in tarkov for whatever reason but it doesent work for everyone but its worth looking into.

Definately not normal.

I have 970, 8700k and 16ddr4 and having around 60 to 100 fps on shoreline depending on the place. Mostly fps being around 80.

All settings low if I remember correctly.

Inside health resort (or even looking at it) makes my fps tumble down to low 40's. I'm on a 6800k @ 4.4ghz and a 980 with decent OC. I think it's not even that much specs related, it seems to be very random
