Help! CANT PLAY

i started up my tarkov today and played a couple of matches.Everything was going fine until i closed the game and started looking at the forms.i saw that i had no profile pic on my profile in the bsg launcher and added one.After that my game does not work.It goes to the black and whit start up screen and becomes black.Sometimes i see the light bulb screen too with no characters,traders or escape from tarkov buttons. IM 90% sure that my profile pic is causing this im just not sure how to remove it any help would be appreciated thanks.

It isnt you its a technical issue with the game its affected everyone so sit tight the devs are already working on it
