My Honest Thoughts On The Game.

The title is pretty self-explanatory to this post. I'm no veteran in this game nor do I claim to have any special skillsets that set me apart from any others, if anything my aim/reaction time isn't all that great. I was a skeptic before purchasing this game. watching Youtube videos of countless complaints here and there, watching people bash the devs by calling them greedy, slow and making threats. It then dawned on me that through all this, BSG has remained resilient, working on patches, responding to support and listening to feedback on the forums quite actively yet no one talks about that! I can only imagine the pressure (physically and mentally) to work day after day while basically dealing with the community beating down on them. So I got the game not that long ago and really sunk some hours to see for myself and I have to say, I'm sold. Now, the game isn't perfect (not gonna list things here because that doesn't help anyone) but then no game really is truly perfect and considering the size of BSG themselves, I give kudos to them, the amount of detail to maps, weapons, and customization to gear and stuff is astounding. To be honest, it really did bring me a tear or two to my eyes after I realized the amount of work they are dealing with and the crap they get from the community.I really enjoy the game thoroughly (although I suck and usually lose all my gear and money in the first 10-15 mins of each raid), I think the developers do not deserve the negativity without constructive advice/criticism because it's just abuse and not really leading anywhere. I would like to see the community working together with the devs, use the support tickets/forums to express concerns (maybe a cheer or two along with it) and I think they would appreciate it and would actually help with making things better. Patience is also needed by the community here, not every patch is gonna be "the next big thing" because if you expect content or things don't work the way you want it, you are just gonna be let down, just let the devs do their work and perhaps post what you want in the "suggestions" part of the forum. So to all survivors (whether devs or players), endure and I truly believe the future will be very exciting and fun for all of us.

Also, my favourite part is running into a player (geared or not) that decides to not shoot you and wants to team up/assist you. Those kind souls are the true uniters of BEARs and USECs.

Agreed, but for me personally out of the many hours i played i have only once found a kind soul who wanted to team up. Nice sentiment from Onionboi tho.
