Reason why to play hatchteer? This doesnt happen if u are geared

So... In December 2017 I had this situation...

Now, after a few matches with quick death on Interchange, I decided to go hatcheteer and just try to find some gun or car battery for gamma.... was lurking around, escaping scavs, but then eventually he found me, hit me pretty hard, I ran away, coughing, proned, he yelled something on ruski and ran past me, I stand up, he was geared I was gear-less, I knew that I cant kill him, so I just wanted to see how fast he will shoot me... he looked at me, and immediately turned his back to me... hah I sad ok, lets follow him, to see whats he gonna do... all the time I was coughing from wounds, and I was thinking that he gonna kill me for all that noise I was making... and then comes the interesting part... just look at the video... when he kills first one or two, I start jumping around so anyone else could shoot me while he is looting and it worked...

In the end, something was laggy, he was running and I did not see him moving, so after some time, he would eventually teleport 100m and I would lose him, I was low on hydration, so it was sprint to exit or death...

I've come to a point where if I run into a hatchet-er and I'm fully geared.... If they screw with me I'll drop them, but if they're trying to run to an obvious quest location or something of that nature, I'll let them be.

I ran into one last night. He was going through an area I had already cleared, so I let him be. But I also made darn sure he saw me before I let him go on.

Well yea but he might have grenade or geared buddy on discord... or finds gun and kills u... all part of the game but yet, we have different decisions to take...

I could easily shot that guy in back but I didnt... we were there for like 5 to 10 minutes and then we split for extraction... I almost died on extraction... in matter of fact, I would die if he didnt gave me that saleva...
