Is this desync? Or God Mode? someone help me out here

I landed maybe 8 or so rounds into this guy, but after I died it shows no registered hits. What gives? And yes, I know I'm really good at this game and accidentally fired a round into the wall, but it still kinda seems like pre-fire considering I get HS'd through the wall.

Damn I didn't even see him. Saw the laser but never saw him turn the corner. 

But still

Damn man. It feels like Invincible people like him are very commun in this game. I don't know if it's hacks, desync or soemthing else but it happened to me not to long ago.

Here is the video. If you count, I landed about 15 or 16 shots in his Chest, Arms and Neck area and I'm pretty sure I landed one in his face...

There is a clear problem with the game's hit registration.
Have you played battlefield 4 and 3 before ? Well, this is worse. after 1000 cases of dying (me only, my friends don't suffer from such desync, because either we are from different countries and because our ISPs and infrastructure is different) I came down to the conclusion that they're not cheaters - the game is. By not registering any or just 5% of all your actual hits. Others call this desync.
Here is a video of one of the greatest national geographic photographers we sent to the field to capture one of those epic rare moments of those rare 1000 deaths due to bullets fired from player "juppie" not registering on player "b".
