Fall Damage

Not sure if it's intended but I was crouched on top of the weapons box near the UN check point on woods firing and i jumped off resulting in serious leg damage.  Is this normal?  the box is barely knee high and i had empty bags.  so no extra weight to cause gravity to snap my leg

Fall damage does seem a bit inconsistent at times.  Had something similar happen just a few minutes ago.  Limped across the whole map without being shot while praying the whole time someone would put me out of my misery.

Probably something that will be addressed at some point.
