Same fps in 0.9 as 0.8?

I should be more specific in first post.

My rig is:

3570K @ 4.300 mhz

16 GB DDR3 1600 mhz.

GTX 1070 Ti

 

With a medium config, i have around 33 fps

I use windows 10 and i do a clean installation about 5 months ago.

 

This fps so low its not normal, isnt´it?

Can you specify what settings you have?

Better actually , 60-100 FPS , stutters and freezes do happen from time to time but not as frequent as the last patch does

turn off SMAA and use FXAA. you dont need that AA for 1440p
