Like the topic title suggests this is still happening in Tarkov (Patch .9)... I know boiler tanks is a crap fest but really this isn't something that couldn't be easily remedied by lowering the amount of max players on Customs or moving some spawns around. I thought the idea of getting rid of the option to choose your spawn location was to fix this.   Video here (should render in 2k shortly after youtube does a few passes) --->
