My Account has been hacked

My account has been hacked. I can no longer log in. I received an email days ago stating that my account email address was pending a change. I DID NOT request a change. So I create a support ticket and also email support... and several days later I get a response asking me to create a NEW ticket and to include screenshots confirming my ownership. Great, so I send the screenshots and no response. For days. I email again. I again get asked to attach screenshots of my bank account or payment method for confirmation. I do that. Several times over. Still silence. I can't log in to the website. I can't log into the game -- that I paid full price for. WTF. Help please.

I had this same exact situation like a year ago. I eventually did get help to recover my account after sending proof of purchase. Stay vigilant my friend. keep sending tickets and messaging whoever you have to. You will get your account back. Good luck!

I just found out today that someone from Brazil logged into my account. They didnt change the password or anything like that. Luckily i caught it within the hour of it happening thanks to an email alert.

I was hacked guys contact support. i got my account back unfortunately the name is changed and i have no idea how to change it back!
