I m not sure what 'this problem ' means.  Did you get a unwanted refund?

If correct I received an unwanted refund. I bought the account application from Eod and they gave me the money back without requesting it.

Did paypal deny the transaction? Game can't be refunded regardless of the edition so a picture of the email would (personal info hidden of course) would be the best way to explain what happen.

I simply buy it, they charge me and simultaneously they reimburse me in a second.

Your paypal is getting denied, try a CC or debit

Also contact your financial institutions ahead of time... At least in the US, they really dont like seeing charges to russian companies over the internet.  Alternatively, if you're in the states, you can use a service like bitquick to purchase bitcoin within an hour or so and just use bitcoin to pay BSG.

mostly because its only $30 rather then $100 you sure you do not have a cap amount set I don't use paypal but I'd imagine that they would deny transactions just like a bank does when its over a set amount.

I have paid with paypal amounts much higher than 100 ... that's why I do not understand why he reimburses me for the money and he gives me back xsolla
