I have submitied a support ticket and got a reply 2 days later, I replied within 1 hour. Since this morning no replies, I don't think it's fair to make me wait this long.

I literally can't play the game because it was removed from my account. I uploaded the game key and proof of purchase.

Some games u can buy perfectly a G2a. but pal  this is not one of those games.   U got probably scammed and ur key has been bought with a stolen credit card for example.  Try to get back your money at the seller @ G2a.   Did u use ur protection shield ????  BSG is not gonna help u since they didnt sell u the key !

I'd be happy to buy the game again from the official website if they can reinstate to my original level but I'm not going to buy the game and grind back up to level 35
