So I'm end game level 38, 5mil roubles, multiple cases, all trader but ragman and mechanic maxed as those 2 need level 40 and I just finished the charisma check quest for ragman and got the quest No fuss needed which requires you to get level 2 LL with therapist... why is that quest so late game, like what do you have to be doing so wrong that you don't have level 2 therapist by level 38, and yet the last quest where you have to turn in the Goshen key (I have idea, Goshen, and Oli by this point) locked behind a Lvl 40 requirement...

Piss off therapist by siding with skier every time is my guess its possible, without a medical key getting the first 10 initial morphine can be a bit difficult. Of course if you hatchling everywhere it doesn't matter because it just overrides the entire quest system in general.
